ADULTS (16years and above):
- National Identity (ID) card .
- Previous passport (if any).
MINORS: (below 16years of age):
- Birth certificate copy.
- Letter of consent from parents/guardians (sample shall be provided at the High Commission).
- ID/Passport copies of parents or guardians.
- Penalty for lost/damaged, M300.00
- Application fee M130.00
- Total payable M430.00 upon application submission at any Passport office.
- (Must also bring along your damaged passport)
- An applicant should collect a passport from Mohale’s Hoek.
Applications will be delivered to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs In Lesotho within thirty (30) working days. We shall, therefore, not be able to advise you regarding your Passports issue status within the first thirty (30) days after submission of your application. We, however, expect to deliver your Passport within the two (2) months of your application submission.
